MEATCLUB!!!!

Unfortunately, we had to move our 3rd official MEATclub to November 16th but we promise it will be even more awesome!

MEATsgiving will take place at the home of Collin and Haddon Ryan, November 16th, 7pm at
6920 Coldwater Canyon Road Fort Worth, TX 76132

Cost is $30 per person–Covers Beer/Drinks, meats, sides, dessert, music, other goodies

Menu
Austin Beerworks–Awesome craft beer from Austin, TX. (Travis' personal favorite)
Starter
*Food your food eats (salad)–Arugala, heirloom tomato, fried okra, green goddess dressing

MEATS
*Pulled Pork–Pork shoulder rubbed in our sweet/spicy dry rub & smoked for 12+ hours with a Oak wood only fire. (Emma Heim favorite*)

*Beef Short Ribs–Delicious melt in your mouth beef ribs as big as your forearm. Salt/Pepper/Smoke. Chop it up and throw on a bun or rip it off the bone like your Cro-Magnon ancestors.
SIDES
*Cowboy Beans–Slow roasted pinto beans, bacon, cilantro, tomato, caramelized onion, jalapeno, & spices

*Coleslaw–Sweet and tangy slaw, black pepper, onion, carrot, goes great on a pulled pork sandwich
DESSERTS
*Campfire S'mores w/Maple Bourbon Marshmallows–Yeah, you read that right. Homemade marshmallows.

*Sauteed Strawberries–Strawberries flambeed with cracked black pepper, fresh mint, with Blue Bell vanilla ice cream
