I am a student at Roanoke College and am going to Ghana in May for three weeks. Our group will be interacting with the communities and performing service projects while there. These projects include building an internet cafe, teaching children in after-school programs, planting trees, and working in a regional hospital. We will be traveling throughout Ghana to different regions and helping many different communities.

The money raised here will go towards purchasing supplies for the service projects, and every penny will help. This is a great opportunity to help many people in need and I really hope to be able to improve the lives of those less fortunate. We have talked to some of the kids that we will be working with in Ghana and all I can say is that these are amazing people who deserve our help. Any amount contributed to this cause will be greatly appreciated.
